- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details on your registered email/phone number, wherever applicable.
2. Delivery Time
- Metro & major cities: 2–5 business days
- Other locations: 3–7 business days
- Remote areas: Delivery may take slightly longer depending on the courier service.

3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
- From time to time, Palirang may also offer free shipping promotions on selected orders or products.

- Once your order has been shipped, you can track your package using the tracking information provided by us or the courier partner.
- If your tracking information has not been updated for a few days, please allow some additional time as courier systems may take time to reflect the latest status.

- If your package arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, please contact us as soon as possible.
